Self-pay prices
If you don't have valid OHIP coverage, or OHIP doesn't insure your exam, you pay for it yourself. Payment is due at your appointment.

Self-pay questions
Do I pay if I have OHIP?
Not for OHIP-covered exams. With a valid Ontario health card and a requisition, there is no charge for the exam, the report or your images. You only pay for services OHIP does not insure, or if you do not have OHIP.
How do I pay?
Payment is due at the time of your appointment, and we discuss the fee with you before any service OHIP doesn't cover. To check which payment methods your clinic accepts, call 416-462-0064.
Is HST added to self-pay prices?
No. Our self-pay (cash) services are HST-exempt, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Will I get a receipt for my insurance?
If you plan to claim the cost from private insurance, ask at the front desk or call 416-462-0064 about a receipt before your appointment.
Do prices change?
The fee schedule shown here took effect in October 2026. Prices are subject to change without notice, so check the current schedule before your appointment.

Cancellations and missed appointments
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Call 416-462-0064 or reply to your confirmation message.
- 24 hours or more before your appointment: no charge. If you paid online, we refund you in full, or move your booking at no cost.
- Less than 24 hours before, or if you miss your appointment: a $50 fee applies. This includes OHIP-covered exams. If you paid online, we keep $50 and refund the rest.
- If we need to cancel or reschedule: you always receive a full refund.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with and take 5–10 business days to appear.
- In an emergency, please call us. We may waive the fee.
